Refund policy

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
